And so to Norbury Junction where we have no phone signal and
no internet (which is why this is being posted a day later than we got there).
Since we needed some supplies I biked across to Newport to stock up from
Waitrose, we have already decided that we’ll be doing a pub lunch at Gnossal so
we won’t need to get a Sunday joint.
Other than being cut off regarding communications, Norbury
Junction is OK, a judgement that may be coloured by the fact that they seem to
have the cheapest red diesel since we left Hilperton on the Kennet and Avon.
Unfortunately we didn’t need a full tank but I managed to cram 30 litres of
their bargain diesel (84.8ppl) into the tank. Once we’ve done the necessary
boatie things tomorrow (water,rubbish and toilet cassette) it will be on to
Gnossal until Monday.
