Another comfortable day’s cruising brings us back to
Nantwich which is becoming our equivalent of Bath last year since we seem to be
often returning here. Will take the opportunity today to go for a swim in the
swimming pool here. Moving on tomorrow with the intention of going to Hack
Green lock to make a visit to Nantwich Secret Bunker so we’ll need to check the
opening hours on the internet.
Now that the evenings are darker we seem to be using more of
our battery power on the boat overnight so it means running the engine for a
lot longer during the day to recharge. Like I said the other day, Autumn isn’t
generally my favourite time of year.
