Well today we pressed on beyond Streethay wharf to beyond Fradley Junction at Wood End Lock. It was relatively easy cruising with only 2 locks towards the end of it to do. We also had the opportunity to fill with water, empty the rubbish and a Thetford Cassette so all domesticky stuff done as well.
Having travelled further today, all it means is that we don’t have to travel quite so far today, only about 6 miles, so we get to Rugeley early enough to catch the supermarkets which close at 4 on Sundays.
