A shortish sort of run today, but that is mainly due to the limited moorings on the Erewash Canal coupled with a (wrong) weather forecast for thunderstorms this afternoon. There is apparently a mooring at Ilkeston between here and Langley Mill, but we decided to call it a day here at Sandiacre (partly because it is convenient for a supermarket).
Once again we have fortunately had no warning lights coming on, I wonder how much longer that will last for. Tomorrow we should hopefully be at Langley Mill

Hi, glad to hear you'll soon be back on the water, we've been checking your blog for progress in getting another boat. We'll look out for Free Spirit when we get to Langley Mill (probably tomorrow) with their newly blacked boat. We're heading there because it's one of the IWA Silver Propeller locations, we've actually done them all but several were pre-2018 and they don't count apparently, so this is a revisit.
