Following much the same pattern as the last time we came up the Trent, we have moved on to Hazleford Lock for the night. Last time we moored below the lock but this time we’ve moored above it, either way there is a high wall to deal with. I walked on to Fiskerton to get some milk and it is just as well we didn’t carry on in the boat since there were no moorings available there.
The intention will be to carry on to Newark tomorrow to be moored in position to collect Wednesday’s prescription
