After waiting for the rain to stop we set off for Braunston at about midday, getting here at about 2pm. The moorings originally looked packed but fortunately just beyond the winding hole at the marina we’ve managed to find a space on 48 hour moorings. The intention was only to stay here for about that long anyway so it isn’t a problem.

One problem that has arisen however is that our recently serviced Espersbacher heating has decided to fail and wont even try to to fire up. I was hoping to be able to fit the spare controller that I’ve got, but getting the old one out is a lot more problematic than I thought, we’ll have to see how it looks in daylight tomorrow.
