OK have to confess that I didn’t try that much harder today
having only achieved a piffling 3.7 miles, but once again have managed to get
another coat of paint on the back deck area which does now look a lot better.
We decided to stop at our current location since to press on would have put us
alongside the M6 motorway and the main line railway unless we had a major long
day and got all the way to either Hawkesbury Junction or Coventry basin. Will
make the effort to try to get to Coventry basin tomorrow, if we do so it will
mean that we have completed the Oxford Canal and have moved onto the Coventry
Canal.
