Today was the trip across the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, and once we actually got onto it, a fine trip it was. It took a while to get on it however as there were 10 boats coming the other way! Once across the aqueduct it is a slow drag from Trevor up to Llangollen since you are going against the current and in some places the canal is only just wider than the boat itself so pushing against a current under those circumstances is a struggle.

We have paid to remain here for 2 nights so our ticket lasts us until 5 pm on Tuesday, chance for a bit of walking hopefully and a look around Llangollen.
