With a far easier trip back down from Llangollen than the trip up, we are now moored at exactly the same point that we stopped on the way up, and all of the same boats were all still moored here. The weather coming down into Trevor was a bit rubbish although fortunately the actual passage across the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct was dry and clear. We managed to get across on a relatively quiet spell but a whole load more hire boats came through as we moored for lunch, presumably on their way up to Llangollen.

The plan is remain here tomorrow and then head on to Ellesmere on Friday.
