After a day’s break in St Ives we moved on to Earith and, although the forecast only gave 10% chance of rain, it rained quite a bit on the way here. We managed to share both locks on the way, which lessened the amount of work we needed to do, in fact at Brownshill Lock we didn’t have to do anything, which was handy since that was when it was raining the heaviest.

Probably need an earlier start tomorrow since the next section is shallower and therefore slower and, since it is Sunday, we try to be done before 4pm.
