The updating on here has had a bit of a pause, partly because we hadn’t moved from our mooring outside of Saltisford and partly because we have been getting a bit low on our monthly internet allowance, we are down to our last 400MB. This has been as a result of watching an unusual amount of TV (Rugby matches, Formula 1, Great Canal Journeys and 2 episodes of Poldark) so we have had to limit ourselves a bit, but since our new monthly allowance starts tomorrow we can let go a little bit now.

Today was the first movement since last Thursday and was just a gentle cruise around Warwick and into Royal Leamington Spa. It becomes clear when you wander around Leamington that it was very much a copy of Bath, even down to having its own Pump Room and Bath. It is however a place that I have never visited before although I’ve passed through on the train a few times. Once we move on from here we go into the wilderness a bit since there are few towns of any size between here and Braunston (and even Braunston isn’t particularly big). Once I’ve got the heating sorted out at Braunston we’ll be coming back this way so it won’t be until we get  to Leamington Spa/Warwick that’ll we’ll be back around reasonable sized supermarkets.
