Well after a non-stop trip from Penkridge to Tixall wide we arrived here at about 4.00pm but were still able to find a reasonable mooring in front of ‘Perseverance’ also from Hawne Basin crewed by Isobel and Jill, heading towards Liverpool. We had a chat with them but probably wont see them again in the morning as they are early risers and we are staying here for tomorrow until Monday, so will probably have a lie-in tomorrow morning.
