Static day today with a walk into Warwick to wander the town
and also to take a swim at the leisure centre. Had my first occasion of being
able to claim Adult ‘Concessionary’ rate although slightly miffed that the cashier
didn’t ask for proof of age!
Also took the opportunity to change the gas bottle at
Saltersford basin where the charge is only £26.25 per bottle, about £1 cheaper
than a lot of other suppliers. Decided that we will probably move on tomorrow,
there is another couple who have arrived intending to go up through the Hatton
Flight tomorrow so we may as well travel with them to reduce the amount of work
we need to do.
