After the visit to Wightwick Manor, today we pressed on to Greensforge Lock. This was slightly further than I had intended to go but we were having difficulty in finding somewhere to moor. The visitor moorings were full and where we tried to moor out in the countryside was too shallow to get  alongside. The disadvantage was that we ended up having to do the domestic stuff late in the afternoon when we passed the sanitary station, rather than first thing in the morning that had been my intention.
