So after a 3 month hiatus wre are now back on the boat and on the move, albeit only until the end of the month when the licence expires. Took the usual trip into Birmingham, think the boat pretty much knows it’s own way these days, the number of times we have made the trip. Saw only 3 boats on the move today, and one of them was the trip boat out of Birmingham. We have managed to get a place on the 14 day moorings, although I’m not sure how long we are going to be staying, the principal aim was to find a mooring to be able to get to a concert on Wednesday night. After that we are somewhat free agents, we can either remain in Birmingham, or go further afield.
