After a month or so off the boat, we are back and on the move, although not very far to begin with. We have volunteered to do the Combeswood Trust stand at the Black Country Boating Festival at Bumble Hole, which is about 3 miles from Hawne Basin so we’ll be here until Monday morning when we head off towards Birmingham and the South for our autumnal cruise, possibly down as far as Oxford, depends how we do for time before the winter stoppage period begins.
