Although the forecast was for overcast weather, it has once
again been a sunny spring day, and the temperature is starting to pick up a
bit. With luck tonight may be the first one that we don’t need to light a fire
to keep the boat warm, summer just around the corner then!
As planned we have made it to Milton Keynes mooring not far
from Campbell Park. Whether we stay here tomorrow or move on, I haven’t decided
yet. It is nice to be travelling the canal in fine weather such as we’ve had
over the past couple of days, but then just relaxing on the canal-side could be
just as good. We are still in no great rush to reach our destination
