Having managed to team up with another boat at Church Lock it was a relatively easy day’s work going through the 10 locks to Marsworth Junction with the work split between the two crews. Being double locks the gates can be quite heavy but the other boat had two fairly well built men who were happy to be opening and closing the gates. The weather held up quite well throughout the day although the evening rain came in a bit early giving me a minor soaking when I went into Tring to stock up with fruit.

If the weather forecast for tomorrow is accurate we probably wont be moving far as the it suggests that we are in for a day of rain.
