A late start today due to heavy rain in the morning but once it eased about midday we set off down the Lapworth flight of locks. We seem to have kept ourselves reasonably fit during the period of lock-down and we got down the flight at a reasonable rate, round about 3 hours so we were done by about 5pm since we needed to top up with water at the bottom of the flight.
We get another test tomorrow as we are hoping to get to the bottom of the Hatton flight so that we are within easy reach of Warwick for the weekend.
