After a short break back in Torquay to get my teeth fixed we
are now back on the move, albeit only just over 3 miles but it is a location
with a very pleasant, rural outlook.
A lot fewer boats are now on the move
compared with a couple of weeks ago, people are probably starting to head
towards their winter moorings. This piece of canal will be particularly quiet
at the start of next month as it is on the CRT list of winter stoppages whilst
they repair the Napton flight of locks. We may come back down here before Christmas
since Banbury is a good Christmas shopping location but it will have to be
after 26th November.
