Just a short hop today from Banbury to Cropredy (well about
a mile out) where we have found a very pleasant mooring alongside fields with a
very open aspect. One of the few occasions when we pressed on through rain but
since we want to be at Fenny Compton by tomorrow it seemed the better option.
Banbury itself was quite busy with boats preparing for the Banbury Canal
Festival tomorrow and several of the trading boats have already set themselves
up.
