As planned, we are now back in Woking, not much to say for the day’s trip, 5 locks, all went pretty well and not much mileage. I did add a bit of mileage to go back to Thames Lock to get our Wey Licence for Monday (7.5 miles each way so a 15 mile bike ride!) but other than that not much to report. Weather was good today and the forecast for tomorrow is rubbish (although the Basingstoke Canal could do with a bit of rain to top it up). We remain where we are until Sunday when we do the last  6 locks and then set off on the Wey on Monday morning (when our licence begins).
