We now own the Narrowboat Rune!! and all seems to be going (reasonably)well. The minor repairs should be completed next week and then on 13th she will be moved to the marina to await our return. It's amazing just how much paperwork needs to be completed for this sort of thing, bill of sale, boat safety certificate, insurance, licence, etc.etc, but at last I think that we are nearly there, all that is left now if for me to pay for the marina mooring and the job is finished.

There will be a bit of a break in the blog now pending my return.
