Another quite long day’s run (for us) takes us to Littleport, mainly because that is the nearest waterpoint that I could find and we were getting short of water. We’ll need to stop off in Ely tomorrow for other domestic chores to get done and then we either carry on towards Bedford, or come back up the Great Ouse and go down the River Lark.
After yesterday’s rain, the weather held up OK for us today, although a bit windy in places, but since the landscape is so flat, that is to be expected.
