So now we are in Debdale for the boat blacking, it passed the BSS examination earlier today with flying colours so that is one small worry now gone for another 4 years. As far as the blacking goes, the hull was still in pretty good shape after the last blacking so we are now debating whether to leave it 4 years until the next BSS is due. The only things in dire need of changing are the bow and stern anodes which have been pretty much eaten away.
