As one can do when retired, we’ve had a change of mind and instead of carrying on into Stourbridge we’ve stopped at a random piece of armco in the middle of nowhere, but we’ve called it Wordsley since that is probably the nearest place. Once again, not many boats on the move, given the fine weather, about 4 by my reckoning but it does make progress easier. There was a single hander going up the 4 locks above Stourton Junction, so assisted him a bit with some of the locks.

Tomorrow it will be into Stourbridge to do the shopping.
