And so back to Penkridge so that I can have what is now my regular Thursday swim at the Leisure Centre. We moored back by the marina since Wednesday seems to be angling competition day s o we kept well out of that. Just as well because when I walked along the towpath to town to get a few bits there were fishermen everywhere. No boats at all on the 5 day mooring but we wouldn’t have got in because of all the anglers there.

Moving again tomorrow, not sure how far yet.
