A fairly straightforward day today from Longwood along the Rushall canal to Brownhills. Very little boat movement (other than ourselves) but then this is towards the remote outskirts of the BCN.

Not much has changed at Brownhills since our last visit, the moorings are still a bit shallow and a few more shops have gone from the main street. The rather dire derelict shopping mall remains derelict (they really ought to knock it down, it would improve it immeasurably).

We’ll stay here until Friday and then head off towards Anglesey Basin.
