After a very pleasant weekend moored on Tixall Wide, one of my favourite canal locations, we moved on today, first to Great Haywood to do the domestic stuff (water, rubbish,Elsan) and also to take on 91 litres of fuel for £135! Given how much fuel has gone up, I have to admit that was pretty much what I was expecting to pay.

 

We are on the 7 day moorings at Rugeley although we only need to stay here until Wednesday to enable me to go back to Penkridge to pick up a parcel that the Post Office inadvertently mislaid for me last week when it should have been delivered.
