A reasonable mileage today taking us to Kyme Eau and then back to the Packet Inn moorings at Belle Isle because all of the moorings at Kyme Eau were full. Not sure of how keen we are to go up Kyme Eau, it looked a bit weedy from the outset. I was hoping to be able to moor at the start to take a bit of a reconnoitre to see how navigable it was, but it wasn’t possible and we are now moored on the other side of the river so would need to go back to Tattershall Bridge to get to the other side. The problem is that if it does turn out to be unpleasant, winding holes are few and far between.

 

Where we are now seems OK for tonight’s mooring though.
